2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at registration. Providing false information, a fake identity, or using someone else's details will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to pk995 immediately. pk995 will not be held responsible for misuse of an account.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pk995 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonus benefits unfairly — such as using multiple accounts or placing strategic bets that exhaust the bonus without genuinely meeting the wagering requirement — will result in bonus forfeiture and may also lead to account closure.

4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

pk995 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses may be time-limited and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

5. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

pk995 is a safe platform that ensures fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and each round is independent of the previous one. There is no way to manipulate any game.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Attempting to defraud other players or the platform

If any of the above conduct is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues
